The REAL Needlepoint meets My Needlepoint
Motifs of Point de Gaze Lace, the REAL Needlepoint decorate these small frames
of My Needlepoint. Crowns and Roses. Join in this special class for making the little
frame, then applquing the lace into place. With each pattern comes an individual photo
and notes. The class is a Shining Needle Society Stitchalong Group on Facebook.

Choose your kit
I will mail your kit to you. In addition I will email a photo of your design. Then join me for a class as I help you lay out the design and applique the lace into place inside the stitched frame.
The kit includes Instructions, the delicate pieces of antique Point de Gaze, threads necessary for the frame and for appliquing the lace and a piece of pale blue congress cloth.
Hence: the Real Needlepoint meets My Needlepoint.
I have collected motifs of Point de Gaze and some distressed pieces of the lace. I've cut them up and experimented with ways to incorporate the lace into my own Needlepoint.
All lace pieces are antique, at least 110 years old.

Individual antique lace pieces, Soie d'Alger, Pearl cotton #12, 100/3 silk, and 8" x 8" pale blue congress cloth. printed instructions.
In addition a photo and notes for each kit emailed.
